For pizza fans already eagerly awaiting the addition of fast-casual and customizable pizzas, salads and calzones to the Lincoln Park/Lakeview area, prepare to be overwhelmed with glee. To celebrate their Grand Opening on Sunday, December 11^th, Pizza Persona will be cooking up FREE pizza all day!   On Sunday, December 11^th from 11 A.M. until 10 P.M., Pizza Persona will celebrate its grand opening by offering free pizza to all patrons! Customers can order a simple one-topping pizza or choose from any of the pre-determined “Persona” pies below, accompanied by a free fountain drink.

Meathead- Traditional Sauce, Mozzarella, Sausage, Pepperoni, Bacon

Purist- Traditional Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil

White Collar- Garlic Olive Oil, Mozzarella, Feta, Ricotta

Cowboy- BBQ, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Red Onions, Grilled Chicken

Hottie- Hot Sauce, Mozzarella, Jalapeños, Red Onions, Grilled Chicken

Hipster- Pesto, Low Fat Mozzarella, Spinach, Mushrooms, Banana Peppers, Garlic

Clubber- Ranch, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Grilled Chicken, Bacon

Yuppie- Spicy Thai, Low Fat Mozzarella, Corn, Carrots, White Onions, Cilantro, Grilled Chicken

 Though regularly available on the menu, salads, dessert pizzas and calzones will not be available on Sunday, December 11^th, even for purchase

Pizza Persona is a fast- casual concept offering personal pizzas, salads and calzones. Pizza Persona offers a unique ordering line in which customers pick their dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings and watch their food get prepared immediately in front of them – pizza and calzones go into the oven and directly into the customers hands in just four minutes!
