Lockwood Restaurant at the Palmer House Hilton
For the first time since release, Flanagan Wines will be showing new vintages of Cabernet and Chardonnay in Chicago. Each of these delightful wines was produced in very small quantities, making them a rare and exclusive treat perfect to pair with cuisine from Executive Chef Greg Elliott at Lockwood, the 4-Diamond restaurant located inside the grand Palmer House Hilton. The four-course dinner will feature wines expertly paired with each of Elliott’s dishes like English Pea Soup with crab, lavender, rhubarb and radishes and Balsamic-Glazed Lamb Ribs with 3 Sisters white corn polenta, ramps and anchovy-herb pesto. Lockwood focuses on sourcing the freshest local ingredients and brings a vibrant, creative touch to “farm to table” cuisine. Flanagan Wines also focuses on artisanal products made with integrity, so the evening promises to be a perfect union of food and wine.
