Executive Chef James O’Donnell is excited to spring into the season with a new lunch menu now available at Michael Jordan’s Steak House. While a few fan favorites remain – i.e. addicting Garlic Bread with Roth Kase Blue Cheese Fondue ($8) and MJ’s Prime Delmonico Steak, 16 oz., dry-aged 28 days with ginger balsamic jus ($48) – the freshly crafted menu invites guests to enjoy an array of seasonally driven all-star dishes, which include:

  • Little Gem Lettuce Salad, Wisconsin blue cheese and smoked bacon ($11)
  • Double Smoked Bacon, Burton’s maple syrup and black pepper glaze ($14)
  • Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, Widmere aged cheddar and Nueske’s bacon ($15)
  • Oysters on the Half Shell, charred onion mignonette ($17)
  • Charred Best Ribeye Steak, 12 oz., tomato, watermelon and Cotija cheese ($24)
  • Hanger Best Steak, 8 oz., Pinot Noir sauce and hand cut fries ($19)
  • Sirloin Steak & Best Tomato Salad, blue cheese croutons, balsamic and parmesan ($19)

In addition to the rookie line-up of always-available appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, Michael Jordan’s Steak House is also excited to introduce Daily Features. ShowcasingChef O’Donnell’s signature twist on steak house favorites, Daily Features are available only from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and include:

  • Monday: Wagyu Burger, special sauce, onions and pickle on a brioche bun ($18)
    • Tuesday: Roasted Jumbo Shrimp, black garlic-truffle butter and Three Sisters grits ($23)
    • Wednesday: Soft Shell Crab BLT, Nueske’s bacon and Meyer lemon aioli on sourdough ($19)
    • Thursday: House Cured Wagyu Beef Brisket Sandwich, coleslaw and hand cut fries ($19)
    • Friday: Lake Superior White Fish, sauce Gribiche and shoestring fries ($18)
    • Saturday and Sunday: Crispy Chicken and Waffles, maple-black pepper syrup and Bourbon butter ($17)
