Bistronomic – featuring Chef/Owner Martial Noguier’s innovative interpretation of French bistro classics – will recognize Bastille Day, the national celebration of France, on Friday, July 13, Saturday, July 14, and Sunday, July 15, as well as continue to celebrate the season with festive cocktails and menu offerings available all summer long.

For this seminal French holiday, Chef Noguier presents a three-course menu for $39 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Offerings include:

  • Summer Rosé Wines. This summer, guests are invited to enjoy summer al fresco on Bistronomic’s charming, outdoor café. To complement Chef Noguier’s bistro classics, rosé wine selections are available by both the glass and bottle, including two favorites: Château Routas, Côtes de Provence, Rosé “Rouvière” 2011 and Domaine Figueirasse “Gris de Gris” Rose, Mudaison (Languedoc) 2011. Both selections are available by the glass for $10 or $38 by the bottle, transporting guests directly to the South of France.
  • Power Lunch. Bistronomic will also continue to offer its two-course lunch special, specially designed for diners on the go in Chicago’s Gold Coast. Available Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Chef Noguier’s menu allows diners to select a soup, salad, or dessert with selected entrees for $18 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
