Baconfest Chicago will be on April 14, 2012! We announced our participating restaurants a few weeks ago. Today, we’re announcing the shift breakdown and a few additions to the list (marked in red below).

At last count, each session will feature:

Custom House Tavern Introduces Custom-Made Tasting Menu to Celebrate Valentine’s Day

Grilled Pork Loin Chop with roasted celery root and puree, spiced peanuts, able putter and apple cider or Tavern Steak made with smoked blue cheese butter and served with house cut fries. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Erin Mooney will serve up sweet treats including Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cake with coffee cardamom ice cream and Black Mission Fig Gratin with Port Sabayon, blue cheese and walnut. For an additional $40, guests can also opt for wine pairings.
